Absolutely terrible service, poorly trained yard workers. You get nothing other than storage for your money. They expect several hours notice to splash your boat, but then rush you when you arrive. The dock is too small, and forget about getting out, or back in if there is a fishing tournament. They don't have dock lines on the dock to tie up to, so you have to have dock lines on your boat so they can pull your boat when you get splashed or when you arrive. Not enough wash racks, and they're too small for anything larger than a 25' center console. If you sign an annual contract, they not only pro-rate you to a monthly term, which is the industry norm, but they also keep your deposit. When you bring your boat back they do nothing other than put the boat away. Most marinas at least hose off the hull, many also perform engine flushes. Granted, I wouldn't trust these people to plug in a lamp, much less flush my engines. Some of the guys at the front desk are rude and unhelpful. The only nice person I met there was one of the managers Warren, but he alone cannot fix all the ills. I was only there about six months but knew that hated the place after the first week, after they crushed my seawater intake on the undersized wash rack, which they then took their sweet time repairing. I've had my boat at 3 separate facilities prior, Tiera Verde in St Pete, Calloosa Cove in Goodland, and Riverwatch in Stuart. They all had their issues, but Bluepoints was absolutely horrible in comparison. You can't really call the place a marina, its nothing more than a parking lot with a large storage building and a seawall with a single floating dock. The place really sucks.
