Very friendly and professional staff
However, felt like we were paying for a lot of amenities that we did not care to use
On June 1st, they implemented a $40/couple resort fee that supposedly covers the trolley etc, and other services that we just did not use.
We prefer to hang out at the marina and use our dinghy to explore adjacent islands etc.
So sadly, probably our last time there
Golfers and pool people will probably enjoy the resort.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Great marina but a little pricey. You pay for the greatness, but not bad for just a couple of days. Stayed 12/2017.

Linda Carter is the dockmaster and does an outstanding job. Tie up there frequently. You must be a member of a reciprocating yacht club in Florida. Use VHF 16.

Unable to access facility due to depth issues but great facility for smaller craft. Previously brought my 46 post in here but shoal has developed south of marked channel that would preclude that now. Needs to be dredged.

Largest boat based here. Great staff. Restaurant on site but no tie up. Does not monitor VHF. Unable to use the channel when tides is below 1 foot MLLW at the Dunedin City Dock station. No channel issues for most outboard boats.

Good Experience. Good restaurants 4 blocks to west. Tied up next to south sea wall, plenty of water at low tide.
