We experienced serious mechanical failure that was remedied quickly by their head mechanic who happened to be on vacation but made himself available to assess our problem and repair the engine in just one afternoon. I have since cruised the entire winter and spring (about 2000 miles) with no further problem. Coming from a boatyard background myself, I can not give these guys enough credit!
