Great place to stop and re-supply. Block and cube ice, water, diesel/gas, plenty of dock space, friendly dock staff. Mooring along the thorofare are out in the middle of the traffic.

Great place to watch and attend the music festival. Nice walk up the road to the general store for the specialty pies. Lobsters available at the co-op pier. Working harbor with the expected boat and commercial traffic.

Sat out a strong SW here. Not much here - ferry comes in at the NE side of Mackerel - but tons of space to anchor in a pretty and protected area.

Love coming to NE Hbr. Rent a mooring ball or float from the harbormaster. Convenient launch service and a large dinghy dock. We like to get ice cream in town and dinghy over to the Thuya dock to explore gardens, walk to Asticou Gardens, and access Acadia hiking trails. Excellent showers/facilities ashore including ice, wifi lounge, and I believe laundry as well.

Limited anchor space outside the mooring field in deep water, so ability to let out sufficient scope is limited. Fine for settled weather but have seen this place become a disaster zone during squalls. Super convenient access at the dinghy dock (donations kindly requested for the land trust) and the MDI shuttle stop is right there, great for accessing Acadia.

Holding can occasionally be 'mushy' and it's a little deep, but plenty of space.

Well protected harbor, scenic, no services except water and parking at the Town Dock by the harbormaster's office. Lots of current in the harbor entrance, but well marked.

Friendly staff, convenient launch. Can go alongside to fill with water. Pricey, but nice to be on a mooring float in inner harbor. Visitors will need to park elsewhere, but location is right in town, easy walking. Just wish there were showers!
