A 2-3 foot bank extends out from the east point, with 6-8 feet of good holding on the approach in the middle. There is a 12 foot hole close to the west bank. If you feel your way in over a 5-6 foot hump just past the hole, there is 14 feet of good holding in the channel inside the reeds, well out of the way of commercial traffic, but smack dab in the path of hunters and fishermen. Also a home or hunting lodge along a narrow channel to the east.
