It is a place that they come and anchor for a quite weekend. Also a popular fishing cove. One couple dinghyed over to say hello and welcome to Canada. There are three nesting pair of White Swans living in the cove. Beautiful birds to watch!
The water level this year is 38” above normal and I anchored in 12’ so the charted depths should be correct on a normal year. The anchor (Rocna 33) set immediately in silty sand and grass. Wind protected from all directions except southwest.
Both AT&T and Verizon cell signals were three bars. No WiFi signals.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
