No moorings, gravel and sandy bottom. Exposed to the NE, but the normal SW-SE winds of summer are not an issue. You can pull your dingy up on to the rocky beach and then have to walk 1-2 miles through very pretty woods to reach the small harbor on the other side of the island. Our only company were lobster boats first thing in the morning. Other wise very peaceful and calm.
