Sweet anchorage for shallower draft boats. We anchored in 5 feet at low tied with a plow style anchor. Nicely protected and short ride to the Market St dinghy dock.

Wanted to stay here for the night, could not get the hook to set.

Very soft mud with no hold. Moved out to the Tred Avon River anchorage and got good hold and easy dingy into beach.

Beautiful spot near Oxford. Out of the way from boat traffic and protected in all directions. No wake zone. All that said, we had to give up here due to our Delta anchor not holding well in the grassy bottom.
