I was looking for a place to keep my boat for a year and a half. I stopped to check this place out and it is in terrible shape, the bathrooms need to be updated and cleaned. The docks are in terrible shape also. I was talking to a liveaboard boater while there and he said that a corporation just bought it. Apparently they are going to upgrade the docks. I'm sure the electrical, etc also. So don't be surprised if the price increases a lot. Otherwise it is protected from winds from all sides. I don't know how difficult it would be to get there by boat, but there are sailboats there and I'm sure their draft is deeper than mine. Good luck Steve on your new adventure.

Excellent help and friendly staff, bathrooms could use a little work though. I had no problems on the docks, power, or water. Close to a lot of stuff as well, and it is a well protected harbor.
