Donna was terrific and handled the slip reservation with ease. Upon arrival, discovered the wifi is down and has been down a long while. Such a simple inexpensive amenity that is so very important to mariners, and so easy to remediate. Furthermore, when fueling, the attendant insisted on fueling my boat himself, walked away while it was running, and the equipment failed to shut off when the tank was full. He then immediately started hosing the boat off WITH THE DIESEL FUEL CAP STILL OFF, introducing an unknown amount of water to my diesel tanks.

Finally, the restrooms are faaaaaaaar away, across an unpaved sandy parking lot, behind the dry storage building. The restrooms are updated and new, but they are apparently rarely cleaned as the floor was covered with sand from the parking lot, mixed with water? pee? not sure, but the result is muddy restroom floors.

Overall, a third world experience. Was lucky to get a slip though, as everyone else was booked that 4th of July night.

When entering the marina from AICW you will notice two black floating barrel fenders just before the south dock. The fenders are marking a sunk sailboat from hurricane Ian. The sail boat is not visible on your approach, but is only a foot below water level. So favor the north dock as you enter the fairway. Plenty of room to get in without being near sunk sailboat.

The restrooms are clean and newly remodeled. There is in slip pump out available. However larger boats may have trouble getting back to their fuel dock, so check before trying. The fuel dock is really for fueling their dry stack storage boats.

    Marina no longer allows live-a-boards.

Staff are very nice and also helpful when docking. Nice restaurant (Caribbean Jacks) adjacent to the marina. They do not have fuel, but it is available 1.5 NM south. The facilities are good but not great. Better for a one or two night stay than a multi day visit to Daytona.

    Clarify last sentence.
