We docked our Roamer 40 here in a covered slip for six weeks on the way from Florida to Texas. The marina staff is very friendly and helpful and kept an eye on the boat. The slip has water and 50 Amp power. There were no issues. You should note that entrance to the marine is VERY shallow, about 3 feet. There is a restroom and shower, but no money has been wasted on beautification. Slidell is 20 mins with Uber away and has all the usual big box stores. Marina rates are excellent.

Katrina completely destroyed this marina and they are in the process of rebuilding. The owner met me at the dock, helped us tie up and hook up to electric. Not the best shower room but the water was hot. Cool little store with more than 7/11 condiments. They are really trying hard to make this one work.
