I rented a slip at Brandy's for 2 years.
If I had to say anything good about this place, it's some of the other boaters.
If you go there they offer virtually nothing but a slip, dirt parking lot, pump out, washrooms with shower, and repair service that's it. No Internet, no gas docks, service from the kid staff is ok. if your on A dock expect your boat to fill up with smoke from the camp fire. WARNING Do not have any work done with out it in writing, do not leave anything with them unless you have it in writing. They will give you a estimate by mouth and then after the job is done you will be shocked how much they bill you. If they damage something they do repair it and instead of putting it on there insurance they invoice you. in the middle of a pandemic they rase there rates, I disputed the $5,000.00 I was over billed (all of the people I new there also were over billed for the quote) and was still paying my balance, when with out notice my boat was seized, this cost me a extra $3,000.00 in there legal fees. bill you a $500.00 plus tax non refundable deposit for the next season, if you paid for the season and sell your boat they will not refund you any money for the hull out, shrink wrapping (that you must do) and any money for the slip, they will tell you if they rent out the slip they will refund something, but they will not try because there is not reason to.
There are so many other marina's that offer a lot more for less.
