Belle Isle is a great Marina for transients and long-term / seasonal rentals in the area. The setting at Belle Isle is beautiful. They have a great deal pm Winter in-water storage for 5 months - first month is free. Power included.
One of the most beautiful and underrated Marina's on the ICW.

As peaceful as any Marina I've visited. Easy in and out. Very nice shower facilities. Would recommend to anyone cruising the ICW just for the beautiful scenery at Belle Isle. Surprising hidden gem.

They don't have there act together as of yet. Waterway guide says they have a courtsey car, and the manager says they have one, but guess what they don't have one. Being on a boat twenty-four seven, it means a whole to be able to get off you boat and go to thegrocery and what not. This is the main reason that I chose this marina so that I could do just that. But that is fine. There are plenty more marinas down the waterway. It is what it is.

    Business Response:
Acknowledged. Our club HOA marina was on hiatus for three years while we developed, permitted, funded, and executed Phase I of a dredge project and reopened 60 days ago. Our Waterway Guide listing from years ago was overlooked and unintentionally misleading in showing a courtesy car. What we have is a marina truck for boaters to use only on the property to move boats when needed. Our new marina manager had not encountered the question of the courtesy car previously. An apology was immediately forthcoming and an offer to provide transportation into Georgetown and back was made and declined, understandably, as this did not provide the freedom desired to explore our beautiful and historic town and run errands. We would like to offer again a sincere apology for the inconvenience and a complimentary night on a return to our area. In addition, until we find a solution for transportation on a Sunday, we will qualify a reservation request on a Sunday overnight with clarification of the unlikelihood of taxi or paid car service on Sunday. We have reached out to Waterway Guide to get a new login, corrected the listing online, and are seeking a transportation solution for Sundays.
