Very friendly and helpful staff. Lots of activity to watch in this tourist laden port. Several shops, restaurants, and taverns in the area. Good protection from the elements. Lots of tourist foot traffic in area but we had no issues with their proximity. 30 amp power and potable water.

Great little town with many different shops and restaurants to explore. Floating docks are wide and sturdy with good cleats. Power pedestals are a bit dated but worked fine. Staff are very helpful. Did not use rest rooms, showers, or laundry. No security but felt safe. AT&T signal was strong. Not sure if they have WiFi. I would stop back.

Beautiful little harbor, new docks, gas, diesel, pump out at the mouth of the harbor. Restaurants, motels, laundry facility are dock side. Peacock's Grocery store has move a mile out of town so provisioning is not as convenient for boaters
Business Response:
Grocery store owner, Rick Peacock and Son will deliver your groceries once you walk the 10minutes and shop!View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Tobermory Harbor, alias Little Tub Harbor, 20 August 2022. The harbor is an active port for the Chi-Cheemaun car ferry, passenger ferries, tour boats, dive boats, small craft, and paddle boats. Tobermory Harbormaster and staff are well experience with managing the fuel dock and pier/slip activities. The harbor is both picturesque and functional. The Peacock Foodland and adjacent coin-laundry are essential. A Blue Huron boat trip to the Flowerpot Island is very popular. At the head of the pier east side is an Information booth that can help with first timers or repeaters. The peak, chaotic, period is mid-July to mid-August according to the fuel dock staff.

It is nice to find a marina that checks all the boxes. The marina is very well maintained. It is protected due to its long thin layout. The whole town (ok, small town) literally surrounds the marina. You could eat at a different restaurant each day for a week if you stay long enough. The grocery story is at the end of the dock, and the liquor store just a 3 min walk. Lots of hiking trails as the Bruce Peninsula trail ends (or starts?) just a short walk from the marina. Fuel prices are less than the rest of the area marinas. But what really makes this marina shine is the Harbour Master, Carla. She is attentive and seems to work way more hours than I think she is being paid for. It was rare if I didn't see her walking around the marina directing her staff or talking to boaters. It is well worth the trip to stop here. It is a tourist town and there a lots of sight seeing boats and a ferry working the marina. If you get a slip toward the end of the marina you won't even notice them. If you don't want to interact with the tourist, I suggest not using the wall, but one of the finger slips. We came for 2 nights and stayed for 3 weeks!
