So everyone who lives here is super nice. Super helpful. Those are the people who helped us on and off the docks. The marina needs a lot of work, which we believe they're doing. Bruce was super responsive to us though we never saw him. There is little to no protection from wind and waves as it is. We did see manatees and rocket launches. We wouldn't recommend in it's current state. Hope they get it together. Could be great.

The marina suffered damage in 2022 from hurricane Ian and then followed by Nicole. The red and green daymarks at marina entrance are damaged and hard to see.
The docks have been repaired and have in slip pump out. However, the breakwater wall is still in the process of repair. Winds with an east component will result in wave action inside the marina.
On a positive note, this is a great Space Coast Marina to view a rocket launch.
The hotel construction in past reviews has been put on hold. Current plans are probably 18 months out to start any work on new hotel/ marina office.Business Response:
Breakwater Wall completely rebuilt with many additional structural components. Wall is NEWView location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

I have been live aboard for here for over 8 months now and am very pleased with this marina. Bruce the manager is always willing to go out of his way to help 24/7 and keeps a close eye on every boat in the marina. When I first got here I did a quick (sloppy) job of tying my boat off and then had to leave for a few days, I got a call from Bruce the next day letting me know that one rope had broke and another had come loose, when I got back a few days later he had completely re tied my boat and did it RIGHT, even provided new rope and never charged anything for it! That is way above and beyond any expectation I ever had. Yes the marina is still undergoing repairs from the hurricane but the docks are all brand new and beautiful, the people are friendly and there is not a better place to see a launch at KSC from. I only gave the place 5 stars because this web site doesn't give me the option to give more!

This marina is one of a kind to watch the rockets take off, it is directly across from the space center. You can actually hear and feel them. It is fairly rocky with any wind out of the east, so be prepared to rock at times with any wind great than 10 knots.
The wild life is incredible with many different birds, Manatees, Dolphins, and an occasional Alligator. The parking lot and surrounding areas could be improved, but I heard there is a hotel going up. The new land owner was supposed to start construction late last year but it was delayed because of Covid.
The wifi is usually dependable, but there are times when connection is lost. Better than at other marinas. TV antenna reception is great. T-Mobile service is full bars. We switch to a hot spot if the marina wifi is slow.
The manager goes out of his way to help you. They are normally closed on Sunday but he came to the marina to help us in late in the afternoon.
There are really good restaurants within walking distance. There’s a donut place across route 1 that has the best donuts that I’ve had in a long time.
If it wasn’t for the rocking and land around it, I would give it five stars.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

We stayed for an extended week over New Year, 10 days, and to watch a rocket launch. Great view of the launch! The marinas new docks were nearly completed and the site manager advises they plan to keep a few slips wide enough to accommodate catamarans. The people are friendly and management is very accommodating. The marina is very peaceful with many great nearby restaurants and stores. Yes, some of the amenities are not yet available as the marina is in the process of rebuilding after being destroyed from hurricane damage. They are working on those things and I look forward to seeing this marina come back better than ever.

ONE OF A KIND LOCATION!!! Absolutely loved looking directly across to SpaceX Launch pad from the marina! Beautiful and peaceful, enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees inside harbor. The marina is nearly complete with brand new docks and slips. On site manager really goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, and is extremely accommodating. People are friendly, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and local attractions to choose from. I would highly recommend this marina!!!

No fuel. Unusable internet. The dock master is living in the captains lounge so it’s closed, the pool is closed. Dock boards required to stay off pilings of the fixed dock. The bill was more than $1.50 a foot plus tax. The dock is under construction and a hotel will be built in front of the marina.

Marina website does not list fuel as being available.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
