Service is great but after 2 years our boat was hit at night and no one knows what happened. The second year we had all our fishing rods stolen. Poor lighting at Aldrich and the owner doesn’t care.

Was at Aldrich marina for one year. Someone stole my generation. No gate- poor lighting. The owner knows nothing about running this place

Debi (owner) should not be running a marina. First, there have been too many robberies! Jet ski stolen in 2019. Fishing rods from boats. Debi will not install cameras and most of the lights on dock do not work. Debi charged me tax on my in water slip. Legal? I’m getting charged for 30 ft on my 23 ft boat. I don’t mind paying it if Debi would put my boat in a 30 ft slip. Don’t ever rinse you boat using debi water. She closed my water valve as I was flushing my 250 Suzuki cause my motor to over heat. The only good thing is there mechanic- Rob. Try talking to him and Debi comes running out and will say - you talk to me. We as boat owners want to talk to our mechanic when we have problems. Debi has no clue about the boating world. It was her Dads place but when he passed -Debi took over.

I am sorry this dis-informed customer is so disgruntled due to my rates finally almost coming up to the local norm. He has a 23' Parker that I charged only that length for the past 2 years. This year I have gone to LOA which now includes the 2' bow extender, 3' back platform and the attached 2' engine making it 30'. That is his complaint, the overall length calculation. We do have security. Unfortunately, I guess some people cannot be pleased unless they are getting their perceived "better end of the deal." All I can say is that we try our best for fairness, honesty and customer satisfaction. As always, Happy Boating!
