I changed my reservation and the hotel charged me full price for my original reservation and my modified reservation that had me arriving 3 day earlier. Nearly a month later the hotel refunded 40% of the original reservation. I do not trust this establishment. It was too expensive for what they offer.

We stayed here from December 2021 to February 2022. Admittedly, it is a very nice marina however, the price is one of the most expensive in Abaco. At the time of our stay, the other marina's in Marsh Harbor were still not open (result of hurricane Dorian). The facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful. Compared to the other marina's this one is a bit further outside of Marsh Harbor (grocery store, liquor store etc.) so it is a bit further of a walk.

There are two restaurants on the marina property. At the time of our stay, there were only a couple other restaurants open in town.

Easy docking, nice dock, NO dockhand! Charged $55 to dock for 2 hours with no assistance, I needed fuel, water, beer & supplies; but no one to help... I asked to purchase supplies only to be immediately directed to report to the hotel office to pay for "dockage"".... I will never stop here again or stay in their hotel. No Service or supplies, just fees... I would like to help out post Dorian but they don't appreciate or deserve it.. .
