Top notch staff. All friendly and willing to help to make your stay a good one. Full service facility so easy to receive needed repairs while there if needed. One of the best equipped ships stores that I have seen and if they don't have it they can get it. The transient docks are strong and secure however they are tough to place fenders on and you will need it as the river channel passes closely to the transient docks. Facility feels very safe and is near several area eating establishments. Even a courtesy car is available. Watch for shallow water when leaving the St Johns river and entering the Ortega river. Follow the channel not what your Navionics might suggest. If all else fails call the Ortega River Bridge on channel 9 and they will help navigate you through the shallow waters.

Overnight stop before heading down St John's River. Friendly dock hand and cheap diesel were the positive. Also grocery and other businesses short walk away.
Bathrooms were good, seemed to be recently updated.

Negative was we were on the outer face dock for the night and were waked well in to the night by passing boats even though it was a no wake zone. Also pilings a little rough.

Be aware there two bridges to enter and leave this section of the Ortega River. The railroad bridge was open in the afternoon when we arrived but closed in the morning but did open on request.

Fantastic marina with great service by Matt the dockmaster. Super friendly staff, and very convenient to west marine and shopping. Highly recommend this marina.
