Great facility, quality workmanship and fair prices. John and his staff are easy to work with. JP lent me his car to run errands. They were all awesome. Thanks Essex!

Spent the night on the dock here Aug 17, 22. John and his staff were great. Helped with the lines for a safe night's rest. Diane in the office was full of great tips for Essex. JP even lent us his car for a trip to the hardware store. Can't speak highly enough about them. No real amenities but a great boatyard.

The boat yard enhances the character of this beautiful New England mariner's paradise on the Ct. River. They're capable of high end refits and repair, communicate with the owners as work progresses, and are well about average in our opinion!
