Stayed here 3 times, last was April 2020. Great location with wonderful trip along New River to marina. They have a good laundry and washroom facility with showers. At end of Riverwalk so good walking, and biking trail along river. Short distance to shops and restaurants. Publix within walking distance. Great spot to watch superyachts go by under tow. Highly recommend.

If you are a trailor sailor...or just a guy with a boat on a trailer, you couldnt ask for a better place than Cooley's Landing Marina to launch your boat. This is by far, the best boat ramp in Broward County...perhaps the best in South Florida.
For those of you transiting the area, they have slips for rent and very clean facilities...the dock masters are great to work with. Can't comment on the pricing though. But it's right in the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale and all the restaurants and bars and shopping. There is a strong tidal current that can make life difficult when docking. Grocery shopping is walking distance at a nearby Publix Market. Close to the Broward Center for the Performing Arts and museums. Great place.
