Not the fanciest marina, but the price is right, the dockhands are excellent, and it's our go to spot when in Nassau. Grocery, pizza, Dairy Queen, and a number of great restaurants are close by!

Worst marina experience in all of Bahamas and East Coast US!
We bounced around so much from channel waves I had to take sea sick meds.
Only one (unfriendly) dockhand on staff. He could not adequately help tie us up and our boat took a major beating against the wood pilings they have along their docks/slips. Fenders are useless because the dock itself is too tall and there are huge wood pilings on the outside of all docks/slips. They don't have any protection or fenders/cushions on the posts. Fiberglass is not meant to rub against wood poles.
The docks may be new but the facilities are horribly run down. The pool is tiny and chairs around it are broken and in disarray. It's dirty and unkempt. Construction is happening on the hotel portion which makes it noisy and dusty. We actually had to step over a dead rat.
The only thing this place has going for it is location - right across the street is a great supermarket. Not worth the $$. Just anchor at Fort Montague or pay real money to go to Atlantis or Hurricane Hole.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

Marina which has just been renovated!! Beautiful pontoon and electrical terminals and brand new water. Distributes 110/240v at 60 Hz unfortunately for us the electrical power was lacking at our terminal so it was impossible to have electricity! Potable water
For a catamaran 45 ft
Price: $2.50 per foot excluding tax
Electricity: $0.75 per KWh excluding tax
Water: 0.20 cents per gallon
Taxes: 10%
Diesel at the end of the pontoons $5.25 per gallon
Very friendly and welcoming staff, helping you with mooring. Trash bins in front of your boat emptied every morning. A large laundry room at $3 per machine. A swimming pool accessible to sailors.
Not many places available for catamarans, you must book by telephone as they do not respond to emails.
A shopping center just behind with a Very good Solomon Fresh Market but very expensive (20 minutes walk Super Value significantly cheaper) 3 Shipchandler on the road leading to the bridges
A very good solution to leave your boat safe and visit Atlantis (free from 6 p.m. ?) but the slides and other attractions close at 7 p.m. you have to act quickly...
The only drawback is that the canal is crisscrossed by motorboats from morning until evening and as a result there are a lot of waves in the marina, so plan for defenses.
Definitely the best marina for passing boats in Nassau ??View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

We where among the first customers to try their brand new docks after marjor work done. The docks are really nice and clean with all the services and meters for electricity and water, awesome work. The only thing is I think they made the docks a little bit too high because even at High Tides we where really low and at low tides we where praticaly unable to get out of the boat, the dock being about 5 foot higher than our deck. The tension on the ties was soo high because of the angl of attack that we where worried that the cleats would be thorn from the boat at low tide and were getting pretty loose at high tide. I really think they made a mistake there and we where not the only one with this observation. Other than that it is a beautifull marina, not expensive (2$ a foot) and offering all the services you may ask from a marina (Showers, Laundry machines, restaurant) and a lot of business just in front of the place in a little mall. We loved our stay in this marina.

We have stayed here several times. The owner is super friendly and helpful with anything you need. It is located in a great spot for provisioning with a major grocery store across the street and other stores as well. A brand new restaurant and bar. It has a pool and hotel attached as well. When we are in Nassau this is where we stay.

This is a great location in Nassau for a stop over. It is right across from a Solomon's grocery store and a couple marine stores in short walk. The dock crew took good care of us and Peter is great from his stories. Docks are fixed and at 16' beam we only had a couple inches of headroom squeezing into the slip. Per Peter...that is what rub rails are for.

Cheap rates, poor water, very low voltage on electric causing automatic power shut down for power below 105 AC/volts. 210 AC/volts. If it wasn’t for the electric issues dockside it was a very reasonable dockage location.

Before we left Bimini for Nassau we asked a group of sailboaters for the cheapest dockage in Nassau which lead us to choose this marina. The dockage was good, water was POOR quality, electric was good and wifi was good. Fuel dock was broken, Best of all is dockage per foot and direct access across the street for supplies, groceries, banking, marine supplies. IF you're getting mail or parts shipped in from the states use the Mail Boxed Ect (across the street) for FedEx, DHL but not UPS. 242-394-1508.
