This is a great alternative to other more expensive marinas in the area. No, it's not as fancy but it has what you need but is acceptable. Great access to PATH train stations, several good restaurant areas. Power was a bit glitchy at times but acceptable. Restrooms a good walk away depending on where you're at in the marina but in good condition. Overall staff was very helpful. We'd return for sure.

Is there a zero rating? No dock hand, no marina map or directions to our slip, power did not work, docks are old and bend in the middle when you walk, bathrooms are in the RV park AND they have a security gate except they can't give us our cards until TOMORROW so if we go out to the bathrooms or anywhere else we have to find a security guard to let us back into the marina.
We will never, ever return here and I suggest no one else stops here either.

New York City harbor is very inhospitable towards boaters but this is likely one of its best. A little rocky from passing traffic and awkward to drive into with security, its location makes it a good choice. Water taxis close buy to take you to the city and restaurants. Not cheap but convenient and well run.

On the north side of the river. Stayed here overnight. A marina and RV park . Surf City (on site restaurant) food was fair but refreshing to have. Bath and showere are clean. Nice people to deal with and a great view of NYC skyline from NJ. Caution, the harbor waters are rough and busy. Went on to see the Statue of Liberty from here.
