CBMM remains a superb destination for visiting vessels. We just spent 2 weeks on one of the T Heads along the waterfront. Staff and facilities are very nice. Protected, quiet and accommodating. Call ahead and make reservations and let the dockmaster know what you need. Plan on being self contained in terms of showers and your own onboard toilets. There is no laundry. This is a working museum campus, not a full service marina. But the grounds and easy access to St. Michaels is worth the trip. Dockage is reserved for members of the museum, so join and enjoy. The CBMM is one of America's premier maritime museums with a strong commitment to all things nautical. We will be back.

Arrived on April 23 and the Dockmaster Josh was very helpful with our pump-out and docking. It is always a pleasure to visit the Museum and the docking in St Michaels is second to none.

Docking at the museum is well worth the membership. We have been members for five years, and using the docking privilege provides us access to the museum and it is a short stroll to the main street and restaurants. The Dock Master is very knowledgeable and all the staff is helpful

This is a rare find. The Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum is a campus comprising exhibitions, displays and several acres of waterfront that highlight the culture and history of the Chesapeake Bay. Staff and crew were helpful and eager to assist when we docked. Thanks, everyone, for a great time. St. Michael's is a special place and being able to dock your boat at a museum is especially nice. Thanks to Kristen and Peter for an exceptional visit.
