This marina is located right off the shipping lane which is very busy with cruise ships, ferries and other boat traffic, so it rocks. And rolls. All the time. The good news is it's within walking distance of Ocean Drive and South Beach.

For the money I would expect more. It is in a good location, close to the beach, a very nice park, and the southern end of the famous Ocean Drive, so that is what you are paying for.
They use a cell phone app, Nexkey, for gate and door locks. It works well, but I find it annoying to have to add another app to my phone. Showers would have been great, except there are no shelves or hooks for your towel and stuff. Also funky mixing values (in the men's room anyway) that made it hard to adjust the temperature.
Docks are fixed concrete. The finger pier platform is well above the water and is only 8" thick. With a 2 plus foot tidal range it makes adjusting fenders a bit of a challenge.
It got a bit rolly at times. The breakwater is not totally effective against boat wakes.

Very nice and accommodating marina. It's a little pricey, but it seems like all Miami marinas are around the same price.

This is a very nice place to visit and see South Beach. Comes with a beautiful sunset and location. The staff catered to everything and the crew loved it.

We reserved a slip mid afternoon, and arrived same day at 5:00. For a last minute reservation, things went very smooth. Hailed the marina on ch 68, were given directions to our slip. We were met with a dock hand, and helped tie up. The marina has a a provisions store, restaurant, pool, and bar only steps away. South beach is only a 5 minute Uber ride away. Highly recommend.

Nice marina, but at $5.00/ft (elec and tax extra) based on the size of the slip you're in, it's pricy. No seasonal discounts. It's a long walk to the bathrooms from some slips. Also, some of the dock staff are not trained, so be on your guard after handing them a line. With the current in the marina you have to be very careful.
