Nice town and vibe here. Locals are very nice. Transient docks are solid with good pedistals. Great water pressure. Plenty to do short walk from docks restaurants, shops, etc. Marina staff are ok. Clean and private coded restrooms and showers. No security but not needed. Great beach just steps away. Would have given this marina a 5 but the WiFi only works near their office and a bit pricey for what you get. 1 or 2 bars 5G AT&T.

Very good and clean floating synthetic wood docks. Medium walk to individual room showers & bathrooms; all very clean. Great walking paths just off docks along beautiful Station Beach. Local Rotary has sponsored garden plots by locals along the path... each one unique and well-designed. Path leads to many other walking & biking trails around town. Scottish bagpipe band still plays at 8 pm on Saturday evenings, but in June 2023 the Main Street was tore up for sewer upgrades, so the "parade" was just along Victoria Park. Phantom piper did not play at sunset while we were in marina. The town itself has excellent restaurants, shops, bars (even a craft brewery), all within easy walking distance from marina. We will definitely go back!

Approach channel is well marked with 13 ft depth centerline. Fuel dock and harbour office is in the last fairway. Harbour is undergoing construction and will continue to upgrade over the next few years, so, exactly state your needs when making a reservation. Currently, a 32-foot boat or larger is likely to be moored at the end of the piers if space is available. Restroom and showers are available in a building adjacent to the office/fuel dock. Internet is offered and excellent. The town of Kincardine, picturesque, is located within a block of the harbour.
