Hit a granite shelf in the small craft channel. Friends of ours who damaged their prop a week before us came here and were very happy. We limped to Little Current and had Boyles Marina take care of us. Family business for over 40 years. They took very good care of us. They hauled us out and were able to run electric to our boat, which allowed us to stay on it. It took time to acquire new parts but they had us fixed and back in the water in two weeks. We were very appreciative.

While stopped overnight in Little Current, we realized we had an issue with our windshield wiper. Called these guys and they came right over and fixed the issue immediately. They also accepted our used diesel fuel from our oil change. They apparently don't take transients, but if you need work done, these folks are great.
WG Editor Comment:
Boyle Marine does accept transients. They have 10 slips assigned and ask that you call for reservations.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer
