Very nice spot, nice floating docks, well maintained, Libby's Restaurant had good food, WIFI excellent at T head of B dock, power is good, 10' water all the way in off the Bay, 11' water at B T head at high tide with 1.5' swing. Good spot.

They have floating docks, competitive fuel prices (including methanol free gas), waterfront restaurant on-site, pool, a capable service department and many services very close nearby. The location is excellent.

Very protected. Appealing location outside of Annapolis. Easy to find space, and is priced right, especially during peak Annapolis season.

Good safe channel into man made protected cove. New home for Trawler Fest in early fall every year. Restaurant on site with excellent view of incoming boat traffic.
