We loved the location of the marina. The staff were friendly and helpful. The facility had very good security and we felt very comfortable staying there. We will be back!

Good slips, excellent service but no WiFi and inconvenience bathroom service.

When we got there they didn’t have key fobs ready for us to open the gates and bathrooms. We got them about 1/2 hr later, but they had issues - they did not open the bathrooms. No one was ever on sight so we had to call to get this fixed the next day.
The bathrooms btw, are offsite, across the street and through a parking garage in another commercial building - another disappointment. There was also no place to drop off trash and no wifi or really any other amenities at all. It was just a dock and nothing more. Not even a restroom. And the docks were not clean to the point you had to step carefully (bird droppings). Lots of trash in the water as well (and dead birds).
Nice city location but for the cost, I consider this place not a good value at all. Would not return nor recommend.WG Editor Comment:
Thank you, for visiting us at Living Classrooms Marina. We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any inconvenience during your stay with the key fobs and restroom locations. There are trash receptacles just outside the marina gate, but we will make a larger sign to make it easier to identify.
Take care and have a great rest of your season.View location on the Waterway Guide Explorer

The marina is convenient but needs amenities. The heads and showers need to be much much much much closer to the piers.

The docks were very good, staff was very helpful. The restroom situation was terrible and the key fob didn't work, however. Are restrooms available in the Living Classroom building?

The key fob did not work. And also it was difficult to find the switch to open the second gate. They should provide instructions on where to find the switch. Aside from that the staff was very helpful and the facilities were excellent.

Exit button stopped working so we had to hop a fence. Otherwise, it met our needs well.
