This was a fantastic spot. Highly recommend it. The docks and the marina building are new. The town is really cool with a distillery (closed the day we were there) and a brewery with good food. We never saw less than 6' of water. This is a great place to stop to shorten the trip to Mackinac Island. There are pickleball courts less than a mile away with open play.

The 14 slip dock was finished last year and is in terrific shape. We had no difficulty with depth coming in but vegetation made readings a little erratic. The restrooms/showers are all brand new. A great little restaurant next to the marina served excellent fresh lake fish. The is also a brewery and distillery in town. A grocery store is a few blocks from the water. The location is very quiet in a pretty setting and within dinghy distance of hiking trails on the islands. This little gem will be a popular stop soon.
