Secure with floating docks, nice friendly tenants. End of the good points.

When I left there were 20+ liveaboards, two toilets and one shower. The ventilation fan makes noise but when I held a punk up to it , no smoke was drawn in. The antique air conditioner keeps the air 5 to 10 degrees below the outside air temperature. Almost passed out in there several times.

Owners showed me a new level of cheapness. Cheap rent, but the place is poorly maintained. Needs to be dredged, 4 feet of draft and you plow mud from the channel to your slip. Also, nice derilect vessels there.

Neat and clean marina with few amenities but low prices, also has a bait shop.. Good for liveaboards.
