From a marina point of view this place is first class. Hotel currently under reconstructions so limited amenities available. New floating docks, wide, concrete and sturdy. 10-11' water at low tide, WIFI excellent, fresh water, rest room is in a trailer but very nice. Will be best in town when construction is complete. $4.00' while construction is ongoing, pretty reasonable for area.
