Update: 8.7 MLLW as of 11/29/2024 on the Bob423 track
The buoys are often off-station in this area due to heavy seas. Follow the route shown. There is no need to honor R32, as a shoal moves closer to it from the east every year. The route shown is safer than the NOAA recommended track - not as close to waves coming over the shoal area.
There is also a GPX route available (see GPX Routes for BStAnd). If you wish, you can enter the waypoints manually. The numbered waypoints on the chart correspond to the waypoints listed below. The 8/26/2022 USACE survey is shown with both the GPX route (red solid line) and the Bob423 track (blue dotted line)
