DESCRIPTION: Drummond Creek RFL (LLNR 7515) will be permanently relocated to approximate position 30-24-45.104N / 081-35-35.319W. The RFL will remain a nighttime optic only and flash characteristic will remain as a Q R. The RFL will continue to display daymarks for the day-time signal. Both Drummond Creek RFL and RRL will be upgraded with LED light signals to provide a much more reliable signal when using this channel. An additional light will be established and mounted on top of the Drummond Creek RFL optic and synchronized with the RFL to display a Q R flash characteristics during nighttime hours only, with a nominal range of 3NM.
