The U.S. Coast Guard has issued a TIR which amends drawbridge operation regulation, 33 CFR 117.261(p) which will govern Indiantown Road Bridge, mile 1006.2, at Jupiter, Florida.
The TIR is effective from 12:01 a.m. on October 25, 2024, through 11:59 p.m. on August 31, 2025. You may submit comments identified by docket number USCG-2023-0652 using Federal Decision Making Portal at https://www.regulations.gov. The comment period will end 30 days after published or on or around November 24, 2024.
