Travel south through Sandy Hook Bay to the Shrewsbury River entrance near Highlands, N.J. After passing under the 61 ft. Highlands Fixed Bridge maintain a southerly coarse to mid channel buoy RG"NS". There you will make a slight starboard turn to R"4" Navesink River entrance. Continue through the channel to the Oceanic Bascule Bridge Follow the river for 3 NM ending at buoy R"24" near the shores of Red Bank. This is a No Wake Zone.
