Noteworthy:

The Colonial Beach Yacht Center used Boating Infrastructure "Tier II" Grant funds to construct 723 linear feet of floating transient dockage. The floating dock was installed in two sections that allow for a more flexible tie-up configuration. The transient dockage is serviced by 16 new power pedestals, and an electrical transformer. The transient docks are handicap accessible and are serviced by a sanitary waste pump-out system.
