Cape Breton is a large island on the north end of Nova Scotia, comprising nearly 20 percent of the province’s total area. Its beauty attracts visitors from around the world. On the north end Highlands National Park and the Cabot Trail are well worth the effort. At the center of the island is Bras d’Or Lake, which provides excellent cruising for those with time.
