I just called, and they said they're currently opening the bridge at 9am and 1pm each day. They're expecting to keep that schedule at least through the end of October 2023.

USCG/Amtrak is reporting that the bridge is not functional and cannot lift. No repair time noted. I called both USCG and Amtrak each confirmed this.

10/15/20 @ 07:11 Amtrak Bridge maintenance. Require a 2-hr notice for opening. No notice posted on Waterway Guide. Will check LNM later but will be going on all weekend. We were told they will open for us with no notice at 08:00 during their next shift change. This will be going on all weekend through at least 05:00 Monday morning (10/17) and possible other weekend this month.
