The draw shall be maintained in the open position; the draw may close only for the crossing of trains and maintenance of the bridge. Draft: 2.5'We agree it looks ancient with rusty pieces the size of dinner plates flaking off. But a huge three locomotive train went over it and by us today at about 5 MPH while docked at Lambs Marina, so it is still operational. It looks like it should have collapsed several decades ago.
