• Description:

  Located on the SW side of Hawksnest Cay, this anchorage is a good alternative to the Beach Club or Petit Cay anchorages when the winds are from the east. The holding is not very good and the open gap between the Cay and Haines Bluff on Great Harbour Cay allows ocean waves to reach the anchorage. In settled conditions the anchorage is very pretty and will give the impression of being in the middle of nowhere, when in reality the town is close by.
