Terra Ceia Bay- Bird Key

• Description:

  Very secluded anchorage. A few small flats fishing boats run into the mangroves, but are done at dusk. Follow the channel in from Tampa Bay as there are some shallows to avoid. Depth 5-6ft once West of Bird Key. For deeper draft boats, you can go around Bird Key and anchor on the north side.
