The anchorage has shore access by using the ranger station docks. You are free to tie up your dinghy (but not overnight) and walk your dog in the lawn area of the park. Anchor on the north edge of the channel. Access to Caesars Creek requires careful planning as the eastern path in only has 3.8 MLLW. With a high tide of 1.3 ft, you will have 5.1 ft of depth. A sailboat with 4' 9" has made the trip in many times without touching at high tide. The eastern exit into the ocean has 4.5 MLLW.
