• Description:

  Leisure Lee is a small housing development built around a system of man-made canals. The canals are too narrow to permit anchoring but there are sections of abandoned seawalls that could provide refuge from a storm if required. 

  The entrance to the canal system has a controlling depth of 5.5,’ but shoaling has encroached on parts of the channel since Hurricane Dorian. Vessels drawing 5’ or more would be wise to wait until at least mid-tide to ensure a margin for error.
