  Anchoring is prohibited in the inner harbor. Several hundred feet west of Lloyd Harbor green can buoy 3 and red nun buoy 4 (not Huntington Harbor buoys), a floating sign designated Transient Anchorage South And East. Stay away from the buoyed waterskiing area. Rafting is allowed, but you must maintain a safe distance from other boats.
