Atwood Harbour - Acklins Island

Not truly a harbor, but more a crescent-shaped bay, you have no particular leading mark as you enter other than to steer almost due south leaving Umbrella Rock and the white light on the headland to port. Watch for the coral inside the harbor area. Once inside the curve of the anchorage, turn to port and choose a place to drop your hook.You can land a dinghy on the beach at Atwood Harbour and walk to Chester, about 2 miles to the west.
